Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier availability and other logistical conditions.
Some remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of weather, natural events, transportation issues, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, incorrect address information or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including:

- House/building number
- Street/locality
- City
- State
- PIN code
- Valid contact number
Arogya Sena cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Failed Delivery
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
If you require the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Package
If your package appears significantly damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of:
- The outer package
- Shipping label
- Product packaging
- The damaged product
This helps us investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
